On the Desk Phone:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Press the <strong>Settings Button<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Scroll down to <strong>Security Configuration<\/strong> and <strong>select<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Scroll down to <strong>Trust List<\/strong> and <strong>Select<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Scroll down to <strong>ITL File<\/strong> and <strong>Select<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Press <strong>**#<\/strong> Keys and press <strong>Unlock<\/strong> soft key when available (takes about 1 to 2 seconds to appear)<\/li>\n<li>Press the <strong>More<\/strong> Soft Key<\/li>\n<li>Press the <strong>Erase<\/strong> Soft Key<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The phone will erase its ITL file and Reboot.
